100g lean pork
- 2 dried onion stalks
- 1/2 tsp pepper - 1 tsp seasoning powder
- 200g young
1- Remove tough sections of Ly flowers and soak in water with a dash of salt for 20 minutes.
2- Chop lean pork, then blend with crushed onion, pepper and seasoning powder.
3- Bring two large bowls of water to boil in a pot, then add pork and cook for five minutes. Add Ly flowers and continue cooking for five more minutes.
